Welcome to LORETANA. By shopping with us, you are agreeing to a standard of mutual respect, premium service, and uncompromising quality. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and the purchase of our jewelry.

1. THE LORETANA ENTITY

2. YOUR ORDER COMMITMENT

Once your purchase is finalized, we immediately send a confirmation email to the address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact and shipping details are perfectly accurate at checkout. If your confirmation email does not arrive promptly, please contact our concierge team before attempting to place a duplicate order.

3. SECURE TRANSACTIONS & PRICING

We offer frictionless, verified payment methods, including major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) and secure bank transfers. All listed prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs for Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia are transparently calculated at checkout.

4. THE 30-DAY EXCHANGE & RETURN PRIVILEGE

We stand by our work. As a private consumer, you have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.

• The LORETANA Standard: Returns are entirely FREE of charge. We provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

• Conditions: The piece must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned in its original packaging.

• The Exception: Bespoke, custom, or engraved items are uniquely yours and cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

5. OUR 24-MONTH CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

We reject "disposable" jewelry. Your LORETANA piece is protected by our elite 24 Month Craftsmanship Warranty from the date of purchase. This covers structural or manufacturing defects. It does not cover oxidized fading, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care or accidents. If you discover a defect, email info@loretana.com immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

6. WHITE-GLOVE RESOLUTION (FAULTY DELIVERY)

If you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our end, we will resolve it instantly. Contact our customer service team immediately with your order details and a photo, and we will expedite the correct piece to you at zero cost.

7. THE LORETANA IDENTITY (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY)

All designs, imagery, copy, and intellectual property on this website are exclusively owned by Loretana, MB. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial storage of our content is strictly prohibited without our explicit written consent.

8. DATA PRIVACY & TRUST

Your privacy is non-negotiable. We collect essential data (name, address, email) solely to process your order and deliver your jewelry securely. All financial transactions are processed by verified external institutions; we never store your payment data. We will never sell your information, sharing it only with trusted logistics and payment partners necessary to fulfill your order.

9. GOVERNING JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and your relationship with LORETANA are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be handled gracefully, and if necessary, settled exclusively in the courts of Lithuania.
