When will my order arrive?

Every LORETANA piece is inspected and dispatched from our Kaunas studio within 1 business day. Delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days — €2.38 (Free on orders over €50)
  • Latvia: 1–3 business days — €4.68 (Free on orders over €50)
  • Estonia: 1–3 business days — €7.15 (Free on orders over €50)

For bespoke or engraved items, dispatch may take up to 14 business days. We will contact you personally if this applies to your order.

Is the jewelry authentic 925 Sterling Silver?

Yes. Every LORETANA piece—including pendants, bails, and earring hooks—is crafted from certified 925 Sterling Silver. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and safe for sensitive skin.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?

Every LORETANA piece is protected by our 24-Month Craftsmanship Warranty from the date of purchase. If you discover a manufacturing defect, email our team at info@loretana.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Direct Bank Transfer. All transactions are securely encrypted. All prices displayed include VAT. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs at checkout.

Can I exchange my item if it doesn't fit?

Yes. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. Contact our support team at info@loretana.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process. Full details are available on our Refund & Exchange Policy page.
