All LORETANA premium jewelry orders are meticulously packaged and dispatched directly from our studio in Kaunas, Lithuania, within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or Lithuanian national holidays are prioritized for dispatch on the next working day.

Delivery Areas & Timelines

We currently offer fast and secure shipping exclusively to the Baltic States. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your jewelry's journey.

  • Latvia: 1–3 business days
  • Estonia: 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. There are absolutely no hidden fees added after checkout.

  • Orders under €50: €2.38
  • Orders €50 and above: FREE

Latvia

  • Orders under €50: €4.68
  • Orders €50 and above: FREE

Estonia

  • Orders under €50: €7.15
  • Orders €50 and above: FREE

Customs & Taxes

All orders ship from within the European Union (Lithuania). There are no customs fees or import taxes for customers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

Bespoke & Engraved Items

Custom or engraved pieces require additional craftsmanship and may take up to 14 business days for dispatch. If your order includes a bespoke item, our team will contact you personally with an updated delivery estimate.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Your experience is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@loretana.com with your order number. We will resolve the issue without delay.
