REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Loretana jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 30 days from the date the order was received.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Exceptions: Personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

FEES & REFUNDS

• Return Shipping Fee: FREE. We provide a prepaid shipping label.

• Restocking Fee: €0.00 (No restocking fee).

• Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days .

HOW TO RETURN (STEP-BY-STEP)

1. Request a Return Please complete our digital Return Form here: https://loretana.com/pages/return-form or email us at: info@loretana.com.

2. Receive Your Label Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Ship the Package Pack the items securely in their original packaging. Attach the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated local courier location or post office.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately at:  info@loretana.com with photos of the issue so we can send a replacement or full refund right away.
