Engraved pieces are made to your text, so under EU consumer law they cannot be returned. They are covered by our 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects and by our engraving guarantee: if your engraving differs from the preview you approved, we re-engrave or replace the piece free.

Is the engraving included in the price of the ring?

Yes. The €42.99, €43.99 and €44.99 prices include the engraving and the gift box. You pay only for delivery when the order is under €50.

What if I do not know the ring size?

How fast does an engraved ring arrive?
