What is covered
Manufacturing defects — for example a clasp that fails in normal use, or a stone that falls out of its setting without a knock.
What is not covered
Normal wear: plating that wears thin over time, scratches, and damage from knocks, pulling, chemicals or water.
How to claim
Write to info@loretana.com or call +370 669 07 070 with your order number and a photo of the piece.
What happens next
If it is a manufacturing defect, we send you a replacement — or refund you if the piece is no longer available.
Does the warranty replace my legal rights?
No. It comes on top of your rights under EU consumer law.
Is an engraved piece covered?
Yes, for manufacturing defects, like any other piece.
