Are silver earrings safe for sensitive ears?

How do interchangeable hoops work?
The hoop opens on a small hinge. You slide a charm on, close the hoop until it clicks, and wear it; to change the look, open the hoop and swap the charm. Gold-plated charms go with gold-plated hoops, and silver with silver. See how our interchangeable hoops work.
Do silver earrings tarnish?
Silver slowly reacts with sulphur in the air and can darken. Rhodium and gold plating protect the surface; the plating itself wears gradually with use. Keep earrings dry, store them in their box and wipe them with a soft cloth. Our earring care guide explains more.
Can I return earrings?
For health and hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once dispatched unless they arrive faulty. Faulty items are always covered by the 2-year legal guarantee and our 24-month warranty. Other jewellery can be returned within 30 days, free with Omniva.
